I always strive to be myself–honest and inspired. I love to create. I get satisfaction from making new things or improving something that already exists. Whether it’s oil painting or renovating my house, a new campaign or an innovative product, I strive to find ways to improve.
My approach to managing and developing marketing teams is centered around finding the right people. Talent is just the first criteria. But beyond talent I look for people who inspire and elevate others. The best team members are the ones who make the team better. Every day I try to practice what I preach. Through teaching, listening and inspiration I try to make my work and those around me better.
